WW SERIES

A uv system designed  for drinking pure water will not work in waste water.

The uv transmission of the water being disinfected is an essential factor while sizing a uv system.

WW series  is introduced to address the growing need for a reliable & environmentally responsible way to disinfect and reuse wastewater in these water starved times.

Unlike ordinary UV systems the WW Series is designed to effectively handle challenges posed by the complexity of tertiary treated wastewater having low UV transmission due to high amounts of BOD, COD and TSS.UV Technology ensures superior disinfection at lower capital and operating costs.

UV Technology   WW series uses high output Amalgam lamp technology to generate a higher UV dose to tackle high BOD, turbidity, and TSS. This results in a smaller footprint, simplified maintenance and lower operating costs.


UV Monitoring System (OPTIONAL)

A highly accurate and calibrated UV sensor encapsulated in a watertight stainless steel housing continuously measures the UV output within the reactor. It also triggers automated wiping cycles in order to self correct in case the drop in UV intensity is due to fouling of the quartz.

Our Waste Water UV Disinfection Series is designed to provide reliable and chemical-free disinfection for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment applications. Utilizing high-intensity ultraviolet technology, these systems effectively inactivate bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms without altering water chemistry, making them an environmentally responsible solution for wastewater reuse and discharge compliance.

Manufactured with a robust SS316L stainless steel reactor chamber and high-purity quartz sleeves, the systems are engineered for continuous operation in demanding wastewater environments.
