pH/ORP Meter (PO-650)
pH is the measure of the hydrogen ion concentration in a liquid. pH measures the acidity or alkalinity of a liquid. The pH scale is logarithmic and runs from 0.0 to 14.0 with 7.0 being neutral. Readings less than 7.0 indicates acidic solutions, while higher readings indicate alkaline or base solution.
Our pH controller has been designed for easy, affordable installation in tight spaces to perform simple yet effective process control. Thanks to its compact size, the PO-650 controller can be installed on field or Panel. This versatile controller is ideal for a wide variety of applications, such as textiles, papers, photographic solutions, plating baths, chemicals and water treatment. The PO 650-pH is provided with a selectable set point for acid or alkali dosage. Measurements are directly taken from a pH electrode in the range from 0 to 14 with a 0.01 pH resolution. Accuracy is ensured by two point calibration.

Conductivity / TDS Meter
Conductivity is indeed a direct measure of ionic concentration. If water is pure, its conductivity will be relatively low. However, the presence of salts, minerals, and even dissolved gases can uniformly increase a solution’s conductivity. As a result, conductivity can be a helpful indicator of the quantity of dissolved materials in a solution.

Chlorine is highly efficient disinfectant and it is added to water to kill disease causing bacteria, viruses etc. However over dosing of chlorine can be harmful. For optimal dosing it is essential to monitor the chlorine levels. This can be achieved by deriving the cl2 value using complex algorithm and measurement of the oxidation potential* of water.

Astero Scan BOD - COD
BOD is the measurement of the amount of dissolved oxygen that is used by aerobic micro-organisms to decompose the organic matter in water. A typical healthy river will have 100% saturation of oxygen (8-10mg/l), hence lots of oxygen for micro-organisms to consume organic matter.
COD is defined as the amount of dissolved oxygen to oxidize and stabilize a sample when organic or inorganic matter of sample solution is responsive by a strong chemical oxidant. The COD value indicates the mass of oxygen consumed per liter of solution and expressed in milligrams per liter (mg/L).
BOD & COD are very important water quality parameter within the wastewater industry.

Digital Flow Meter
Our digital flow meter necessarily has a flow sensor with a magnetic multi-bladed spinning rotor (impeller) mounted inside at right angles to the flow. The rotational speed of the impeller is proportional to the velocity of fluid. The pulse generated is transmitted and converted into a volumetric measurement. Our digital flow meters are individually calibrated to give reliable flow measurement.
FEATURES
Batcher And Totalizer
Relay gets energized after a fixed quantity of water passes through the sensor. The batcher has an auto reset, manual reset & dual relay operation facility. Batch quantity counts downwards till zero value.
Flow Compariator
The meter is supplied with two sensors for RO permeate and reject line. The meter displays both the flow rates and calculates percentage recovery.
Rate Switch Mode
The relay is programmed to get energized whenever actual flow falls below the set value. Display shows “LOW FLOW RATE”. Ideal for flow interlock, chemical dosing.
Pulse
Meter can be configured to any metering /dosing pump. Chemical dosing can be done on-line proportional to flow.
Optional Data Logger
The flow meter is available with a data logger option where flow rate & total flow with date and time is stored in a 2GB Memory card.

Mag Flow 650 provides a worry free flow measurement, which measures the flow of any conductive fluid flowing through it. It uses non-intrusive measurement elements so that any kind of debris/solids will not interfere with the measurement. Its rugged rubber lining provides outstanding electrical insulating properties, and is well designed for the industrial waste and water industry. The performance is independent of material properties such as correction, viscosity, density etc, as all mag flow meters are individually calibrated.
Features
Principal
The instrument works on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic Induction. The magnetic field is generated around the measuring tube by instrument. The fluid passing through the measuring tube generates a voltage. This voltage is directly proportional to the velocity of the flow. Thus the flow is measured and displayed on the indicator.

ORP METER PO 650
Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP), also known as redox potential, indicates how effectively water can clean itself by breaking down pollutants or enabling chemical reactions involving electron transfer. It is expressed in millivolts (mV).
When the ORP value is higher and positive—typically around +650 to +750 mV—the water has stronger oxidizing ability, meaning it can disinfect and eliminate contaminants more efficiently.
Because of this, ORP is widely used to track and control sanitization levels ( By addition of chlorine ) in systems such as swimming pools, drinking water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, and industrial operations.
Chlorine and ozone are the most common disinfectants used in the water and waste water industry. Oxidation- Reduction Potential is the parameter commonly used to measure the REDOX reactions and it is the only practical method we have to electronically monitor disinfectant’s effectiveness.

ROTAMETERS
A Rotameter’s operation is based on the variable area principle: fluid flow raises a float in a tapered tube, increasing the area for passage of the fluid.
The greater the flow, the higher the float is raised. The height of the float is directly proportional to the flow rate.
The float reaches the stable position in the tube when the upward force entered by the flowing liquid equals to the downwards gravitational force entered by the weight of float.
We offer a comprehensive range of rotameters designed to meet the varied requirements of different industries. Our products are recognized for superior build quality, precise measurement accuracy, and cost-effective pricing.

SDI Kit (Silt Density Index)
Suspended solids and colloidal matter in feed water are among the most common causes of fouling in reverse osmosis (RO) systems. Although most systems include pretreatment with a 5-micron prefilter, ultra-fine particles can still pass through and accumulate on RO membranes, reducing performance and membrane life.
Our SDI Kit offers a simple, reliable, and effective method to monitor feed water quality and identify fouling potential before it impacts the membranes.
This helps users take preventive action, improve RO efficiency, and extend membrane lifespan.
Our SDI kit provides simple and effective solutions to preempt the possibility of membrane fouling.
Every water treatment plant should have an SDI Kit to safeguard membrane performance as it is amust-have monitoring tool for all water treatment and RO plants.
No water treatment plant is complete without a reliable SDI Kit.

Smart Blind Transmitter
Our Smart Transmitter is ideal for monitoring applications, especially in hard-to-reach or cost prohibitive locations. Smart Transmitter measures pH or ORP and is compatible with most pH and ORP sensors. The transmitter has a rugged, ABS weatherproof and corrosion resistant enclosure. Smart Transmitter send process measurements from different areas in plant to central PLC/RO-Matic/Universal Indicator, Where process control decision can be made based on transmitter feedback. Smart transmitters are great cost saving alternatives to single point controllers. In situations where multiple sensing locations are required, single point controllers cost can add up quickly.

TURBIDITY METER
Turbidity is a measure of the natural clarity of a liquid. It indicates the degree to which water loses its transparency due to the presence of suspended articles. The higher the concentration of total suspended solids (TSS) in the water, the greater the turbidity level.
Turbidity is widely regarded as an important indicator of water quality, making it a critical parameter in water treatment and process monitoring applications.
With out trusted water treatment expertise, our turbidity meter delivers dependable performance for accurate monitoring and better decision-making in plant operations.
It is a must-have instrument for every water/waste water treatment plant to ensure consistent water quality.
