Vertical multistage inline centrifugal pumps (LCR Series)

The LCR series are non-self priming, vertical inline multistage centrifugal pumps.

• Flow range: 0.3 to 180 m³/h
• Head range: up to 320 metres
• Rating: 0.37 to 75 kW

In LCR series, The pump base and head cover shall be of Cast Iron grade FG 260 as per IS 210/ ISO 186 with inline suction and discharge connection. In LCRI the pump base shall be made of CF8 material, the pump head shall be of Cast Iron grade FG 260, pump head cover shall be of CF8M material. In LCRN The pump base and head cover shall be made of investment cast CF8M Stainless steel.

• The pump shaft shall be made of stainless steel AISI 316 material.
• The Pump shaft sealing shall be of carbon/SiC/SS316 /EPDM material and suitable for water temperature from 0 to +120 deg. C.
• The pump shall be close coupled with a totally enclosed fan cooled type, 2900 rpm Induction motor with F class insulation, S1 duty and IP55 protection, 3 phase, 415 volts, 1 phase, 230 volts, 50 and 60 Hz power supply.
• All cast iron parts shall be CED (cathode electrode deposition) coated for corrosion resistance with uniform coating and controlled deposition thickness of 20-30 microns.

Vertical Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps (MVNA Series)

The Lubi MVNA pumps are non-self priming, vertical, multistage, high head centrifugal pumps.

• Flow range: 0.5 to 4 m³/h
• Head range: up to 139 metres
• Rating: 0.37 to 1.50 kW

• Pump body shall be made of stainless steel & impellers shall be made of stainless steel AISI 304. Motor shaft is made of stainless steel AISI 420. Guide vane is made of glass reinforced PPO.

• Motor and pump are close coupled in a convenient and compact design for quick installation in limited space.

Self-Priming Mud Pump, Solids Handling, Close Coupled Pumps (LBM Series)
The LBM series are self-priming, horizontal, single-stage, centrifugal, close coupled end-suction pumps.

• Rating: 0.75 to 18.5 kW
• Rated speed: 2900, 1450 rpm

Features

• The pump casing shall be of Cast Iron material grade FG 260 as per IS 210 / ISO 186 and shall have axial suction and radial discharge port..
• The pumps shall have non-clogging open type impeller with material of construction of Cast Iron FG 260 (standard supply), CF8 & CF8M.
• The pump shaft sealing will be with gland packing except for pump up to 1 hp rating shall be with mechanical shaft seal.
• The Motor will be suitable for the following power supply 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz & 1 phase, 240 volts, 50 Hz.
• The pump shall have back pull out design so as to enable the rotating parts to be removed and serviced without dismantling the suction and discharge pipe work.

End-Suction Centrifugal Close Coupled Pumps (LBI Series)

The LBI series are cost competitive, non-self-priming, horizontal, single-stage, end-suction, compact centrifugal pumps with predominantly cast iron construction.
